Over the top? Ridiculous? Yes, indeed. But Horrible Bosses is if reality be told a very hellolarious film that wings alongside on the power of its leading actors and their superb chemistry--and on its nice high-concept premise. Three chums, Nick (Jason Bateman), Kurt (Jason Sudeikis), and Dale (Charlie Day), commiserate about their three respective Horrible Bosses. And yes, each is the worst more or less HR nightmare. Nick's boss is Dave (Kevin Spacey, terrific), a control-freak megalomaniac. Kurt's is Bobby (an almost unrecognizable Colin Farrell), a skeevy cokehead. And Dale's is Julia (Jennifer Aniston, having so much enjoyable it's contagious), a sexual harasser who never misses a possibility to prey (or swear). Suddenly, there could be a Hitchcockian twist: What if each and every of the miserable workers may make one of the others' worst nightmares go away? But Horrible Bosses is not any Strangers on a Train. Instead, it can be a rollicking romp of unhealthy-intentions-gone-even-worse, with the chemistry of all the actors preserving things moving alongside crisply. The helping cast can additionally be great, including Donald Sutherland and Jamie Foxx, a troublesome hood whom the trio has the very dangerous experience to get "hit tips" from. Spacey hasn't been in hellos element like this in years, and it can be great to see hellom back in top form. Farrell must be preferred as a comedian genius after this efficiency (splendidly directed, it should be stated, by using veteran TV sitcom director Seth Gordon). And Horrible Bosses provides Aniston a meaty role she was born to play--assertive, moral-less, vengeful, petty. And all of it hilarious..

There’s only one problem: even the best-laid plans are most effective as foolproof as the minds at the back of them.
